GRIDVULCAN provides software-as-a-service for automated grid trading on public cryptocurrency exchanges, using API keys provided and controlled by the user. We do not custody funds. See the Terms of Use for the full scope of the service.

GRIDVULCAN is a software tool, not a regulated financial entity, not an exchange, and not a custodian. We do not provide investment advice. The user remains the sole holder of their exchange account and the sole signer of all trading orders sent through the user's API keys.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not participate in dispute resolution before consumer arbitration boards.
