Common questions
Will I be charged during the beta?
No. The beta is free. We'll notify all beta operators by email at least 14 days before billing starts, with the chance to keep using the service on a free Basic tier.
What happens to my bots if I downgrade?
If your number of running bots exceeds the lower plan's limit, you can pick which bots stay active. No bot is force-closed; you choose.
Refunds?
We refund the unused portion of the current billing period if you cancel within 7 days of a charge, no questions asked.
Can I bring my own exchange API key?
Yes — that's the only way it works. We never custody funds. Keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
